FOR THE RECORD: EDITORIAL: Eminent Domain Abuse: It’s Here, It’s Now
 
It’s Kelo v. City of New London. In the editorial on the Supreme Court decision handed down earlier this year and posted on all three sites of Huntington News Network, the writer had the right state – Connecticut – but the wrong city, New Haven, the capital of the state. The ruling involved property in the coastal city of New London. We regret the error.
