Prayers Asked for Comatose MU Soccer Player

Huntington, WV (HNN) -- Michael McDonald, a senior mid-fielder, on the
Marshall University soccer team remains in critical condition following a 25
foot fall from an Elm Street balcony.
Head Coach Bob Gray indicated that the man’s family who is from England and
his friends are asking that he be kept in everyone’s prayers. Rev. Dana
Sutton, MU Presbyterian Campus Minister, has also requested prayer for the
comatose player.
A police incident report indicates that the accident occurred about 2:45
a.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 2006 in the 600 block of Elm Street.
