Capito Receives ‘C+’ from Veterans PAC

Charleston, WV (HNN) – The Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America Action Fund (IAVA) has given Representative Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) a grade of “C+” for her votes relating to veterans issues. Her “C+” is the lowest grade received for any Congressional member from West Virginia. An example of the legislation that led to her grade was a vote against free health care for reservists (109th Congress; House vote No. 221; May 25, 2005).
